    Awesome smoothies but they should really work to get their health inspection score up. It's a station on an otherwise promising establishment. I've never tried the food and have mentioned why.

    I am not a smoothie person but after hearing some of my coworkers talk about the food at Tropical Smoothie Café I decide to go and try it for myself. The food menu consist of toasted flat breads, toasted sandwiches and signature wraps/bowls. The food was surprisingly good I had the Jerk chicken bowl, Caribbean jerk chicken breast, rice, black beans, cheddar cheese, roasted pineapple salsa, Romain lettuce and a very good Jerk Sauce. Definitely will go back and try something else.

    I like the products but not the service or your policies that guide them in relation to your promotions. I tried to utilize a coupon that featured ANY 24oz SMOOTHIE FOR 3.99. The server seemed to pull a bait and switch on me whereas not only did I not get the smoothie for the coupon price. It cost me 5.00 dollars. For the coupon to have been useful or effectual the smoothie would have to cost 8.00 dollars. In short I felt cheated. I may not go back and instead go to some other store.

    First time there today. Order filled wrong then replace with right one. Irdered jerk chicken bowl. Surprised when I got home to find a big bowl of green lettuce with a little rice thrown on top and a few pieces of chicken. Definitely not jerked. So disappointed. It cost over $6. Will never buy any food there again However the chia banana smoothie was very good
